A cold take on a classic coffee cocktail!
- 1 ½ oz Irish whisky (we used Jameson)
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Clutch Cold Brew
- 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half/Half
Place all in a shaker with ice; shake it hard and fast for 30 sec to get a nice foamy top. Top with a Clutch Coffee Roasters Kickstart Blend coffee bean.
To make it a hot classic, substitute 4 oz of your favorite freshly-brewed hot Clutch Coffee for the Cold Brew and top with whipped cream!
